Looking to start a career in Permanent Makeup? 

In order to become a licensed tattoo artist in Minnesota, the state requires 200 hours of actual pigment implantation into skin (tattooing), under a licensed supervisor. 

An apprentice is a student who has already completed their training, received their certification and is working toward full licensure. Haven't received your certification yet? No worries, Beauty By Lucky can assist you with this as well! 

During this program you will work towards obtaining your license and perfecting the skills needed to start your career. This program will take place over a 6 month period, require 200 hours on working on clients and spending additional time learning the process, tattooing basics, sanitation, client etiquette, marketing tips and much more.
